6. Customer Accounts & Marketing Emails

An account stores your contact details, saved shipping address, date of birth (for age verification), marketing preference, and order history, in a secure database hosted by Neon. We send marketing emails about new wine arrivals only if you expressly opt in. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time; order records may be retained as required by law.

We use functional cookies for cart, sign-in session, and site operation. We may use Vercel analytics and speed insights to understand site performance and improve user experience.
